Is your alter-ego an athlete or performing artist?
We are here to keep you from playing in pain, missing games, outings, and performances.
Tiffany is an athlete confronting her challenges with sound tactics. She knows that Manual Therapy is only a piece of the puzzle. So before we met, she had already surrounded herself with experts in practices outside my scope of practice. She has enlisted a Naturopath/Acupuncturist and an impressive Sport Chiro Dr. Karlie Causey MS, DC, CCSP (Seattle Sea Wolves).
Tiffany has also been very diligent about keeping up with an active lifestyle, not choosing to be intimidated by the road ahead of her. Research shows that those who take an active role in their recovery from injuries thru selfcare, have better recoveries.
As a member of her unofficial team, its a joy to see her winning thru perseverance.
For me, that joy is very fulfilling. I want to see everyone's health and wellness improve. We can learn from Tiffany's approach to her challenges. To get the most out of search for better health, she built a team of experts around herself and did selfcare.
One of the keys to healing is movement. But people tend not to move if it causes pain. I specialize in helping people move without pain, and this help their selfcare and their quality of life.
How do I do that?
My approach can be described as a Maximal Method Manual Therapy . I apply everything I've learned about manual therapies and fascia research, to address the effects of injury to the effects of the appropriate treatment.
If you identify with Tiffany, and you have an open mind to new approaches, and novel experiences that are effective and informative, then Reach Out, lets talk.
I'd be happy to explain my approach to helping you regain pain free movement, and increased peace within your body.
